Al-Hijaz Return & Exchange Policy
All products purchased from Al-Hijaz Islamic Store are eligible for exchange within 7 days, under the following conditions:
The product was damaged, defective, or broken at the time of delivery.
The product delivered was not what you ordered or differs significantly in features from what was described.
To request an exchange due to the above reasons, please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 316 1622716 within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
If the product is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, it must be returned to Al-Hijaz within 8 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship your replacement product as per your preference.
Products purchased online can also be exchanged at our retail outlet.
If the product delivered was differ in size, but we sent the exact product that you ordered, in this case Al-Hijaz will exchange the product, but the Delivery should must be paid by Customer.
Note:
Al-Hijaz will not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
The exchange request is made after the specified time period.
The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
The product has been tampered with or altered in any way.
Additionally, Al-Hijaz offers the convenience of exchanging or refunding a product if you’re not satisfied with your purchase (subject to terms and conditions).
